Tender Description
Public Sector Hospital Peshawar invites bids for the procurement of elevators for the newly under construction Block-D. The bidding process will follow a Single Stage One Envelope Procedure. Interested bidders can obtain bidding documents from the office of the undersigned during office hours (09:00AM to 01:30PM and Friday 09:00AM to 11:00AM) against a non-refundable Tender Fee of PKR 3,000/-.
Items being procured:
- Elevators for newly under construction Block-D
Bidders must submit sealed and complete bids in accordance with the bidding document requirements. A 5% Earnest Money of the bid value is required as bid security in the form of Pay Order or Demand Draft in favor of the Senior Accounts Officer (FTN: 9015600-5). The bids must reach the office on or before 21.10.2026 11:30AM (Wednesday). The bid opening will take place on the same day at 12:00PM in the presence of participating firms or companies.
A pre-bid meeting is scheduled for 08.10.2026 at 11:00AM (Thursday) to clarify queries and discuss technical and financial aspects of the tender at the office of the undersigned.
Bidders are advised to carefully prepare their bids ensuring compliance with all requirements and submit before the deadline to avoid disqualification. The earnest money and tender fee must be submitted as specified to be considered eligible.
