Procurement of End-User Computing Hardware, Software, and Office Printing Equipment

The Ministry of Information Technology and Telecommunication Islamabad invites quotations for the Procurement of End-User Computing Hardware, Software, and Office Printing Equipment under the Digital Economy Enhancement Project (DEEP). This procurement is part of a World Bank financed project and follows the Request for Quotations (RFQ) method as per the World Bank Procurement Regulations September 2023 edition. Items being procured: - Lot-I: Laptop, Software and Peripherals - Lot-II: Printing and Scanning Equipment Suppliers must provide adequate technical documentation, catalogues, and relevant information including firm details and after-sales service facilities in Pakistan to establish eligibility and qualification. The procurement covers complete lots, and quotations for fewer items than required per lot will not be accepted. Evaluation will be based on the lowest evaluated total cost per lot. Quotations must be submitted in person, by post, or surface mail (no electronic submissions) by 15:00 hours on September 11, 2026. Bidders should mark their submissions clearly with the procurement title and follow the format given in the RFQ. Eligibility criteria include compliance with technical specifications, registration with FBR and ATL, and relevant experience. Earnest Money or Bid Security requirements are detailed in the RFQ document. A practical tip for bidders: Ensure your quotation covers the entire lot as partial submissions will be rejected.
