The tender requires suppliers to provide high-quality engine lube oil meeting specified viscosity and performance standards, including brands like Jenbacher N Oil 40, Pegasus 1107, and Mysella S7N Ultra 40.
The technical scope includes delivery of the oil to POF stores at Wah Cantt, with inspection and acceptance by the purchaser's nominated authority. Suppliers must submit quotations electronically via the POF e-bidding portal before the deadline. The tender follows a single-stage two-envelope bidding process, requiring separate technical and commercial offers. Suppliers must be registered with FBR and ATL, provide a CDR, and attach relevant certificates such as PTC and NTN. Firms registered with SECP are also eligible.
The tender opening is scheduled for 29-July-2026 at 11:30 AM at the Bid Centre adjacent to Rabita Hall, POF Wah Cantt. Earnest money in the form of bid security is mandatory, with specific percentages based on firm registration status. The tender fee is Rs. 500, non-refundable. Payment will be made through CMA (POF) upon acceptance of stores.
