Procurement of Equipment, Instruments, Glasswares, ICT Equipment for Establishment of Provincial Food and Drug Testing Laboratories Peshawar FY 2026-27

The Directorate General Drug Control & Pharmacy Services Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Peshawar invites sealed bids under National Competitive Bidding for procurement of Equipment, Instruments, Glasswares, Information, Communication & Technology (ICT) Equipment and others for the establishment of Provincial Food and Drug Testing Laboratories for FY 2026-27. Items being procured: - Equipment - Instruments - Glasswares - Information, Communication & Technology (ICT) Equipment - Others related to laboratory establishment The procurement is for the Directorate General Drug Control & Pharmacy Services located at Block-B, Old FATA Secretariat, Warsak Road, Peshawar. Bidding will be conducted through a Single Stage-Two Envelope procedure via the EPAD electronic procurement system. Interested manufacturers, importers, or authorized agents must obtain the application form and bidding documents free of cost from the Directorate General Drugs Control & Pharmacy Services office during working hours until Tuesday 29th September 2026. Bids must be submitted on EPAD by Wednesday 30th September 2026 till 11:00 am sharp and will be opened at 11:30 am the same day. A pre-bid meeting will be held on Monday 21st September 2026 at 11:00 am at the Project Director's office. Original bid security of 2% of the bid value in the form of CDR or Bank Guarantee is required, payable to the Project Director / Director General Drug Control & Pharmacy Services Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Peshawar. Ordinary cheques or payment orders are not acceptable and will lead to disqualification as per KPPRA rules. Both technical and financial bids must be uploaded on EPAD; no hard copies are required. Authorized persons must sign and stamp all pages of the uploaded bid with page numbers.
