Procurement of Equipment for Integrated Livestock Development Program Khyber Pakhtunkhwa

The Livestock and Dairy Development Department Khyber Pakhtunkhwa invites sealed bids for procurement of equipment under the Integrated Livestock Development Program Khyber Pakhtunkhwa (Phase-1). This tender is issued by the Project Director at the FATA Secretariat Complex, Warsak Road, Peshawar. The procurement is for specific equipment items to support livestock and dairy development initiatives in the region. Items being procured: - LED TV 32-inch (Top-of-the-Line) with HD/Full HD resolution, smart features, connectivity options, audio output, and 1 year warranty - Portable Speaker with Mic Solo X150, rechargeable battery, Bluetooth connectivity, and 1 year warranty - Standee with Roll-Up Banner, retractable roll-up banner stand, digital full color printing, and indoor durability The technical specifications require local made equipment with detailed brochures and origin information. The supplier will install and operate the equipment and provide technical services for two years. The supplied equipment will be inspected before delivery. The contract agreement will be executed on judicial stamp paper and the supply must be completed within three months or earlier. Eligibility criteria include a minimum of 5 years experience in supply and installation of similar equipment, active FBR sales tax and income tax registration, minimum 5 supply orders in last 5 years with government or autonomous bodies, authorization from manufacturer, warranty of one year inclusive of services and spare parts, financial strength proof, audit reports, and no blacklisting by any government or semi-government organization. The tender follows a single stage single envelope procedure with bids submitted online through EPADS. Earnest money of Rs. 0.06 million in the form of CDR is required. The closing date for submission is 20th July 2026 at 12:00 noon, with opening at 2:00 PM the same day at the Project Director office in Peshawar. Bidders should ensure all documents are clear, signed, and stamped on both sides. Conditional or incomplete bids will be rejected. Prices should be quoted on F.O.R basis.
