Procurement of Equipment and Machinery

Pakistan Poverty Alleviation Fund (PPAF) Islamabad invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for procurement of Equipment and Machinery. This tender is issued by the Procurement Section of PPAF located at Plot 14, Street 12, Mauve Area, G-8/1, Islamabad. Items being procured: - Equipment - Machinery The procurement involves supply of specified equipment and machinery as per the requirements of PPAF. Bidders are expected to provide high-quality goods that meet the technical specifications and standards required by the Fund. The scope includes delivery to the designated office in Islamabad and compliance with all procurement rules. Eligible bidders must be registered with FBR and on the Active Taxpayers List (ATL). Experience in supplying similar equipment and machinery to government or reputable organizations is preferred. Earnest Money in the form of a Bank Draft or Pay Order amounting to 2% of the total bid value is mandatory. A bid fee of Rs. 5000/- is also required. Bids must be delivered to the Procurement Section at the PPAF office on or before 11:00 AM on 31st July 2026. The Technical Bid will be opened on the same day at 11:30 AM in the presence of bidders or their representatives.
