Procurement of Equipment, Screening Kits, Medical Devices, Blood Bags and Consumables for Regional Blood Center Peshawar

The Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Health Department, through its Regional Blood Center (RBC) in Peshawar, invites bids for the procurement of essential medical equipment and consumables for the fiscal years 2026-27 and 2027-28. This procurement includes vital items such as equipment, screening kits, medical devices, triple blood bags, and other consumable items necessary for the efficient operation of the Regional Blood Center. Items being procured: - Equipment - Screening Kits - Medical Devices - Triple Blood Bags - Other Consumable Items The procurement will be conducted under the National Competitive Bidding process via the E-PAK Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS) using a Single Stage Two Envelope bidding procedure as per KPPRA Rules 2014. Interested bidders must obtain the application form and bidding documents from the official websites kp.eprocure.gov.pk, www.healthkp.gov.pk, and www.kppra.gov.pk. A pre-bid meeting is scheduled for Friday, 30th October 2026 at 11:00 AM at the Manager RBC office, Phase 4, Hayatabad Peshawar. Bidders are encouraged to thoroughly review the standard bidding documents before attending to clarify any queries. Bids must be submitted electronically to the Manager RBC by 11:00 hours on Thursday, 5th November 2026. The bids will be opened the same day at 11:30 AM in the presence of bidders or their representatives who choose to attend. Financial bids must be accompanied by bid security as detailed in the bid data sheet. Bid security in the form of Pay Order (PO) is not acceptable and will lead to rejection. Mandatory bid security amounts are Rs. 500,000 for categories A & B and Rs. 300,000 for categories C & D, payable from the bidder's account in the name of The Manager Regional Blood Centre (RBC). Original bid security must be submitted to the undersigned. Failure to comply with bid security requirements will result in bid rejection. The undersigned reserves the right to reject any or all bids as per Rule 47 of KPPRA Procurement Rules 2014.
