Procurement of Event Management and Related Services for Conferences, Seminars, and Events by National Security Division Islamabad

The National Security Division (NSD) Islamabad invites eligible and registered bidders on EPADS v2.0 to submit proposals for the procurement of comprehensive event management and related consultancy services for conferences, seminars, and other events during the fiscal year 2026-27. This procurement follows the Single Stage Two Envelope procedure under Open Competitive Bidding with Least Cost Based Selection (LCBS) technique as per Public Procurement Rules, 2004. Items being procured: - Event Management including Invitation Cards, Stage Management, Tea Bars, Water Dispensers, Food Catering - Customized Stage Fabrication - SMD Screen complete backdrop size 10x30 - Sound System with podium and audience microphones - Event Coverage including photography and videography with soft and hard copies - Branding design and implementation - High Quality Conference Packs/bags for Speakers, VIPs, and dignitaries with NSD/SPPC branding - Conference packs/bags for participants - Souvenirs designed and approved by NSD/SPPC - Transportation using 1300cc/1800cc Toyota Hiace/Coasters including driver and maintenance - Lunch for participants from reputed suppliers with specified menu - Premium quality lunch for dignitaries with protocol-compliant menu - Hotel booking as per event requirements - Air fare as per event requirements - Others (Unforeseen Expenditures) The scope covers all aspects of event management at the NSD premises, Room No.301-c, PMO, Islamabad. The supplier must ensure quality, timely delivery, and compliance with NSD/SPPC approvals. Bidders must have minimum eight years relevant experience, FBR/NTN registration, and demonstrate financial capacity with an average annual turnover of at least Rs. 100 million. Bid security of Rs. 510,000 is required in the form of Pay Order or Banker's Cheque. Proposals must be submitted electronically via EPADS v2.0 by 26 August 2026 at 02:00 PM. Manual submissions will not be accepted. Technical and financial proposals must be submitted in separate sealed envelopes. A pre-bid meeting will be held on 13 August 2026 at 01:00 PM in Room No.336-E, PMO Islamabad. Clarifications can be sought via EPADS until 25 August 2026.
