Procurement of Examination Stationery (Answer Books, Certificates etc) Under Framework Contract

The Board of Intermediate & Secondary Education (BISE) Peshawar invites eligible bidders to participate in the procurement of examination stationery through the E-PADS (E-Pak Acquisition & Disposal System) portal. This procurement is specifically for examination stationery items including Answer Books and Certificates under a framework contract arrangement. The procurement is being conducted under a Single Stage Two Envelops Procedure to ensure transparency and competitiveness. Items being procured: - Examination Stationery (Answer Books) - Certificates Bidders must be duly registered with relevant tax authorities and the Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) for Income Tax and Sales Tax, and must be listed on the Active Taxpayers List (ATL). The bidding documents (Bid Solicitation Documents - BSDs) are available for download from the E-PADS portal (https://kp.eprocure.gov.pk/) under the Active Tenders section until the closing date. The advertisement and BSDs are also accessible on the official BISE Peshawar website (www.bisep.edu.pk) and the KPPRA website (www.kppra.gov.pk). All bids along with required supporting documents must be submitted electronically via the E-PADS system. The original bid security, as specified in the BSDs, must be submitted separately in a sealed envelope clearly mentioning the Tender Number and title. No hard copies of bids will be accepted. Technical bids will be opened in the presence of bidders or their representatives in the committee room of BISE Peshawar. Financial bids of technically qualified bidders will be opened later, with date and venue communicated accordingly. Bidders are advised to carefully review the BSDs for detailed instructions, eligibility criteria, and evaluation procedures. Failure to submit the original bid security on time will result in disqualification. BISE Peshawar reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids in accordance with KPPRA rules.
