Procurement of Bank of Azad Jammu and Kashmir Executive Officer Services for FY 2026-27

Bank of Azad Jammu and Kashmir invites sealed quotations from income tax and sales tax registered firms, bidders, and companies having at least rating 'A' for the procurement of Executive Officer services for the financial year 2026-27. The procurement is conducted in accordance with AJK Public Procurement Rules 2017 using a Single Stage - One Envelope Bidding Process. Items being procured: - Executive Officer services for FY 2026-27 The scope involves provision of qualified Executive Officer services to the Bank of Azad Jammu and Kashmir, located in Muzaffarabad. Interested bidders must obtain the Request for Proposal (RFP) from the Credit Administration Division at Sardar Nazir Plaza, Gojra Bypass Road, Muzaffarabad, upon payment of Rs. 2690 (non-refundable) via Pay Order, Demand Draft, or Bankers Cheque in favor of Bank of AJK. The RFP can be collected during working hours from 9 am to 5 pm until 05-08-2026. Eligibility criteria include valid NTN (Income Tax and GST) registration, active taxpayer status on FBR/CBR lists, and a minimum rating of 'A'. Blacklisted firms or bidders are strictly prohibited from participation. All bidders must submit an affidavit certifying they are not blacklisted or in conflict with any government entity within AJK or Pakistan.
