Tender Description
Heavy Industries Taxila (HIT) invites sealed bids from eligible manufacturers, authorized dealers, distributors, suppliers, or firms for two separate procurements to be bid on separately. The first tender (IT-6111) is for the procurement of Expendables Stores with a delivery period of 6 months after contract signing. The second tender (RT-7963) is for the procurement of a Diathermy machine for the HIT Hospital with a delivery period of 2 months after contract signing. Both tenders require submission of separate technical and financial proposals in sealed envelopes under the Single Stage Two Envelope procedure on FOR basis.
Items being procured:
- Expendables Stores including Sodium Hydroxide (Caustic Soda) 3,203 Kgs, Sulphuric Acid (Industrial) 1,260 Liters, Haltron-1 426 Kgs, Red Sealant 486 Tubes, Nitrogen Gas 588 Cum3, Industrial Rubber Mats-Used Conveyor Belts (W: 36 Inch, Thickness 8) 600 Feet, Azmol Oil M4042VT 1,130 Liters
- Diathermy machine (ERBE VIO 300 D or equivalent) Qty 1
The Expendables Stores will undergo visual, dimensional, material, fitment, and functional testing as per technical requirements. The Diathermy machine must conform to detailed technical specifications and be from Germany or equivalent origin. Bidders must provide samples if required and submit all mandatory documents including registration, NTN, sales tax certificates, audit reports, bank statements, CNIC copies, OEM trade links, and a judicial certificate confirming non-blacklisting.
Bid security is required in the form of CDR, Bank Draft, or Pay Order with specified percentages based on firm registration status. Bids must be valid for 180 days extendable by 90 days. Delivery and payment terms are clearly defined with performance and warranty bank guarantees required. HIT reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids without assigning reasons.
Bids must be submitted by 29 October 2026 at 10:30 hours at the Tender Box Gate No 5, Heavy Industries Taxila, Taxila Cantt. Technical bids will be opened the same day at 11:00 hours in the presence of bidders' representatives. Postal order of Rs 2,000/- must be enclosed with the technical bid.
