Procurement of Expendables by Heavy Industries Taxila

Heavy Industries Taxila invites sealed bids from eligible manufacturers, authorized dealers, distributors, suppliers, or firms possessing valid National Tax Number (NTN), Sales Tax Registration (where applicable), and fulfilling the eligibility criteria prescribed in the Standard Bidding Document (SBD). Procurement will be conducted in accordance with PPRA and MoDP rules. Items being procured: - Procurement of Expendables as per Annexure 'A' The delivery period is 2 months after signing the contract. Tender documents are available on the PPRA website. A postal order of Rs 2000/- must be enclosed with the Technical Bid in favor of Director Supply Chain Management Directorate (SCM), HIT Taxila. The tender submission deadline is **19 October 2026 at 10:30 hours** with opening at 11:00 hours the same day. Bids must be submitted as sealed bids.
