Procurement of Feed Items, Agricultural Inputs and Allied Items for Financial Year 2026-27

The Directorate General Extension Livestock and Dairy Development Department Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, based in Peshawar, invites E-Tenders for the procurement of feed items, agricultural inputs, and other allied items for the Financial Year 2026-27. This procurement is conducted through the E-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS) portal, allowing registered manufacturers, firms, and authorized dealers or General Supply Orders in Pakistan to participate. Items being procured: - Feed items - Agricultural inputs - Other allied items Bidders are required to submit their bids online through EPADS under a single-stage, single-envelope procedure by 12:00 PM on 1st October 2026. The bids will be opened the same day at 2:00 PM. Bid solicitation documents can be downloaded from the official websites www.kppra.gov.pk, www.lfc.kp.gov.pk, and EPADS. A Bid Security of Rs. 500,000 in the form of a Call Deposit Receipt (CDR) in the name of the Director General Extension Livestock and Dairy Development, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, must be submitted in original within the sealed envelope by the bid opening deadline. Cheques and pay orders are not acceptable as bid security. The procurement scope includes supply of quality feed and agricultural inputs suitable for livestock and dairy development projects across Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. Eligible bidders must be registered with FBR and on the Active Taxpayers List (ATL). Experience in similar supply contracts and compliance with PEC requirements is expected.
