Procurement of Feed Items, Agricultural Inputs and Allied Items for Financial Year 2026-27

The Livestock & Dairy Development Department Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, based in Peshawar, invites E-Tenders for the procurement of feed items, agricultural inputs, and other allied items for the financial year 2026-27. The procurement process will be conducted through the E-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS) from registered manufacturers, firms, and authorized dealers or General Supply Orders in Pakistan. Items being procured: - Feed items - Agricultural inputs - Other allied items Bidders are required to submit their bids online through EPADS using a single-stage, single-envelope procedure. The bidding documents can be downloaded from www.kppra.gov.pk, www.lfc.kp.gov.pk, and EPADS portal. A bid security of Rs. 500,000 in the form of a Call Deposit Receipt (CDR) is mandatory from each bidder, payable to the Director General Extension Livestock and Dairy Development, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. The original CDR must be submitted in a sealed envelope on the day of bid opening by 12:00 PM. Ordinary, crossed, or open cheques and pay orders are not acceptable as bid security. The bids must be submitted on or before 12:00 PM on 01 October 2026, and the technical bids will be opened the same day at 2:00 PM. The Procuring Entity reserves the right to reject any or all bids under Rules 47(1) of KPPRA Rules, 2014. Bidders should ensure compliance with all requirements including FBR/ATL registration and PEC category if applicable. It is advisable to carefully review the bid solicitation documents and submit all required documents timely to avoid disqualification.
