Procurement of Fire Fighting Equipments (NCB-S-33/2026 Lot-I)

The Sukkur Electric Power Company (SEPCO) invites sealed bids through the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS) v2.0 for the procurement of Fire Fighting Equipments under National Competitive Bidding procedure for the financial year 2026-27. This procurement is planned to be financed from SEPCO's own resources and will be executed in Sukkur, Sindh. The bidding process follows the Single Stage One Envelope method with Least Cost Based Selection (LCBS) technique. Items being procured: - CO2 20KG twin 40KG Trolley Mounted Fire Extinguishers (30 Nos) - CO2 5-7 KG Fire Extinguishers (90 Nos) - Foam type 10-Gln Fire Extinguishers (150 Nos) - Foam type 2-Gln Fire Extinguishers (150 Nos) - DCP 50-KG Fire Extinguishers (40 Nos) - Sand Container with Shovel (250 Nos) - Fire Ball Extinguishers (220 Nos) All items must comply with WAPDA / NTDC / IEC standards as amended to date. Delivery is required at SEPCO Warehouse near 132kV Grid Station, Arain Road, Sukkur within 120 days or earlier from the date of issuance of the Purchase Order. Partial deliveries and payments against partial deliveries are allowed. Eligible bidders include registered manufacturers, suppliers, distributors, or authorized dealers with at least 5 years of manufacturing experience for the tendered material, valid authorization from manufacturers if not the manufacturer themselves, and satisfactory operational experience certificates. Bidders must also demonstrate sound financial status with positive net worth for the last 3 years, average annual turnover more than twice the quoted price, and sufficient cash flow capacity. Bids must be submitted online on EPADS v2.0 by 01:00 PM on September 30, 2026. The original bid security must be submitted physically before the deadline at the office of Chief Engineer (Development), PMU SEPCO Sukkur, 2nd Floor, Al Sehra Building, Minara Road, near Session Court, Sukkur. Manual bids will not be entertained. Bids will be opened on EPADS v2.0 at 01:30 PM on the same day in the presence of bidders' representatives. Bidders are advised to carefully review the bidding documents available on EPADS and ensure compliance with all terms and conditions including bid security, bid validity of 120 days, and technical specifications. The Procuring Agency reserves the right to increase or decrease quantities by up to 15% during contract concurrence.
