Procurement of Fork Lifter (5~5.5 Tons) Diesel Operated

Heavy Industries Taxila, Supply Chain Management Directorate, invites sealed bids for the procurement of a Fork Lifter with a load capacity of 5 to 5.5 tons, diesel operated, for the New Energy Vehicle Facility (NEVF) at HIT Taxila Cantt, Punjab. This procurement is conducted under PPRA and Ministry of Defence Production rules with a delivery period of 3 months after contract signing. Items being procured: - Fork Lifter (5~5.5 Tons) Nos 01 The Fork Lifter must meet detailed technical specifications including diesel power type, pneumatic/solid tires, max lift height of 3000 mm, tilt angle forward 6° and backward 12°, turning radius 2810-2970 mm, weight approx. 6500-500 kg, max travel speed 21-24 km/h, hydraulic powered service brake, mechanical hand lever parking brake, and engine brands such as Toyota, Mitsubishi, Cummins, Perkins, Komatsu, or Hyundai. The fuel tank capacity should be between 105-120 liters with 6 cylinders and 2-speed manual or 1-speed auto shift transmission. Eligibility requires firms to possess NTN certificates, be neither blacklisted nor defaulter, and comply with DPP&I-35 regulations. Firms must submit registration, audit reports for last 3 financial years, bank statements, CNIC of CEO/Director, trade links with OEM if applicable, and a judicial certificate confirming no blacklisting. Bid security in the form of CDR, BD, or PO is mandatory. Technical and financial proposals must be submitted in separate sealed envelopes by 13 August 2026 at 10:30 hours at Gate No. 5, Heavy Industries Taxila. The tender opening will be held on the same day at 11:00 hours. Bidders should ensure compliance with all mandatory conditions, including bid validity of 180 days, submission of postal order of Rs 2000 with technical bid, and provision of performance and warranty bank guarantees.
