Procurement of Fork Lifter 3-3.5 Tons

Heavy Industries Taxila invites sealed bids from eligible manufacturers, authorized dealers, distributors, suppliers, or firms possessing valid National Tax Number (NTN), Sales Tax Registration (where applicable), and fulfilling the eligibility criteria prescribed in the Standard Bidding Document (SBD). Procurement will be carried out under PPRA and MoDP rules. Items being procured: - Fork Lifter 3-3.5 Tons (quantity as per Annexure 'A') The delivery period is 3 months after signing the contract. Bidders must submit photocopies of registration/pre-qualification/indexation letters issued by HIT/DGP/MoDP/Govt/Semi Govt organizations, attested copies of sales tax registration and NTN certificates, audit reports for the last 3 financial years, attested bank statements for the last year, attested CNIC of CEO/Director, trade link evidence between firm and OEM (if distributor/agent), judicial paper certificate worth Rs 100 duly attested confirming the firm is not blacklisted or suspended, documentary evidence of contracts executed in last 3 years with Govt/Semi Govt organizations, and a postal order of Rs 2000/- enclosed with the Technical Bid in favor of Director Supply Chain Management Directorate (SCM), HIT Taxila. The tender submission deadline is 7 September 2026 at 1030 hrs, with opening on the same day at 1100 hrs.
