Tender Description
The O/o DG (FO) NGC Hyderabad (Field Operations) invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for the procurement of Fresh Transformer Oil specifically for the Director General (FO) NGC Hyderabad. This procurement is planned for the financial year 2026-27 and will be conducted through the National Single Stage-One Envelope procedure using the Least Cost Based Selection (LCBS) technique in accordance with the Public Procurement Rules, 2026.
Items being procured:
- Fresh Transformer Oil (Class-I) as per IEC-60296 standard, quantity 19,110 liters, delivery at A-19110/Ltr Store, NGC, Kotri.
The transformer oil must meet the IEC-60296 Class-I specifications ensuring high quality and suitability for transformer insulation and cooling. The delivery location is at the NGC Kotri store in Hyderabad, Sindh. Bidders must be registered and comply with eligibility criteria including PEC category, FBR registration, and demonstrate relevant experience with at least two similar supply contracts in the last ten years. Bid security in the form of Pay Order, Banker's Cheque, Call Deposit, or Demand Draft is mandatory.
Bids must be submitted electronically via the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS) v2.0 portal by Tuesday, November 10, 2026 at 11:00 AM. The original bid security must be physically submitted to the office at Bungalow No. A-1, NTPS Colony, T.M. Khan Road, Site Area, Hyderabad before the deadline. Late or manual submissions will not be entertained. Technical and financial bids will be opened on the same day at 11:30 AM via EPADS.
