Procurement of Fresh Transformer Oil 'A' Class, SF-6 Gas Cylinder 50-KG each, 3-Phase Cooling Fans for Power Transformer & Termination Kits (NCB-S-22/2026 Lot-I, II, III & IV)

The Sukkur Electric Power Company (SEPCO) invites sealed bids through the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS) v2.0 for the procurement of essential electrical goods for the fiscal year 2026-27. This procurement is specifically for Fresh Transformer Oil 'A' Class, SF-6 Gas Cylinder 50-KG each, 3-Phase Cooling Fans for Power Transformer, and Termination Kits (Indoor and Outdoor) as per tender number NCB-S-22/2026, Lot-I, II, III & IV. The procurement is to be delivered to the SEPCO Warehouse located near 132kV Grid Station, Arain Road, Sukkur, Sindh. Items being procured: - Fresh Transformer Oil 'A' Class (19665 Liters) - SF-6 Gas Cylinder 50-KG each (10 units) - 3-Phase Cooling Fans for Power Transformer (260 units) - Indoor High Voltage Termination Kit 1000MCM (455 sets) - Outdoor High Voltage Termination Kit 1000MCM (455 sets) - Indoor High Voltage Termination Kit 500MCM (236 sets) The technical specifications conform to NTDC / IEC standards amended to date. Delivery is required within 120 days or earlier from the date of issuance of the Purchase Order. Bidders must be registered manufacturers, suppliers, distributors, or authorized dealers with at least 5 years of manufacturing experience and proven operational and contractual experience. Financial soundness is mandatory with audited financial statements for the last 3 years, positive net worth, and sufficient cash flow capacity to meet contract demands. Bids must be submitted online via EPADS v2.0 by Tuesday, September 29, 2026, at 02:00 PM, with bid opening at 02:30 PM the same day. Manual submissions are not accepted. A bid security of 2% of the total bid amount excluding GST is required, valid for 150 days. Performance guarantee of 5% of contract price will be required upon award.
