Procurement of Furniture and Fixtures for Conference Room

Hyderabad Electric Supply Company (HESCO) invites eligible bidders to submit E-bids for the procurement of Furniture and Fixtures specifically for the conference room. The bidding documents and detailed specifications are available on the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS) version 2.0 portal. Items being procured: - Furniture for conference room - Fixtures for conference room The procurement will follow the Least Cost Based Selection (LCBS) technique under the Single Stage One Envelope procedure, in accordance with the Public Procurement Rules, 2004 and related regulations. Bidders must provide a Bid Security as described in the bidding documents, which can be submitted in the form of Pay Order, Banker's Cheque, Call at Deposit, Demand Draft, or Bank Guarantee. Where Bid Security is not required, a Bid Security Declaration must be furnished. Bidders are required to register on EPADS v2.0 before the bid submission deadline. The Grievance Redressal Committee (GRC) is notified as per Rules 48 of the Public Procurement Rules, 2004. Interested bidders should ensure compliance with all requirements and submit their bids electronically by the closing date of 28 September 2026.
