Tender Description
The Agriculture Extension Wing of the Agriculture, Supply & Prices Department, Government of Sindh, Hyderabad, is procuring Furniture, IT Equipment, and Machinery & Equipments for the project titled Construction of Office of the Directorate of Agriculture Extension Sukkur Division. This procurement is under the Annual Development Program for the financial year 2025-26 and follows the Sindh Public Procurement Regulatory Authority (SPPRA) Rules 2010 (amended up to date).
The technical scope includes supply and installation of various items such as a digital telephone exchange for 10 rooms, multifunction photo copier, mono laser fax machine, microwave ovens, water dispensers, refrigerators, LED 42" Android TVs, a complete surveillance system with night vision cameras and UPS backup, and solar energy systems of 5 KVA capacity with hybrid inverters and lithium batteries. The site for delivery and installation is the Office of the Director, Agriculture Extension Sukkur Division, Minara Road Sukkur.
Eligible bidders must be registered taxpayers with FBR and Sindh Board of Revenue, have at least three years of relevant experience excluding the current financial year, and demonstrate financial stability with an annual turnover of at least PKR 30 million. Bid security of 2.5% of the bid value is required in the form of pay order or call deposit in favor of the Director General, Agriculture Extension Sindh, Hyderabad. Bids must be submitted through the e-procurement system (EPADS) by 13 May 2026 at 12:00 noon.
The technical bid will be evaluated first, followed by the financial bid of technically responsive bidders only. Delivery is required within 30 days of contract award. The procuring agency reserves the right to increase or decrease quantities as per SPPRA rules. Bidders are advised to carefully prepare their bids including earnest money and ensure compliance with all terms to avoid disqualification. A practical tip for bidders is to ensure timely registration and submission through EPADS to avoid rejection of late bids.
