Tender Description
The NADRA Regional Head Office Quetta (NADRA) invites sealed bids for the procurement of various furniture items for its office located at Zarghoon Road, Quetta. This procurement is planned for the financial year 2026-27 and will be conducted through the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS) v2.0 using a Single Stage-Two Envelope procedure with Least Cost Based Selection (LCBS) technique.
Items being procured:
- 32 Officer Tables (5'-0" W x 3'-0" D x 2'-6" H) with Super High Gloss Sheet, 3 drawers, keyboard tray, foot rest
- 32 DEO Tables (4'-0" W x 2'-0" D x 2'-6" H) with Super High Gloss Sheet, 2 drawers, keyboard tray, foot rest
- 30 Executive/Officer High Back Chairs with hydraulic mechanism and high-density foam cushioning
- 54 Medium Back DEO Chairs with hydraulic mechanism and foam cushioning
- 123 Waiting Benches (3-Seaters) with steel frame and durable moulded seats
- 45 Heavy Duty Wheel Chairs with folding steel frame and nylon upholstery
- 129 Stools with metal frame and leatherite cushion with hydraulic mechanism
The furniture items must meet the technical specifications and quality standards as per the bidding documents and approved samples. Warranty of minimum one year is required for all items. Bidders must be OEMs or authorized dealers with relevant experience and provide bid security as per the bidding documents.
Bids must be submitted electronically via EPADS v2.0 by Monday, September 28, 2026 at 11:00 AM. Original bid security must be submitted physically at NADRA Regional Head Office, Zarghoon Road Quetta before the deadline. Technical bids will be opened on the same day at 11:30 AM. Manual bids will not be accepted.
Bidders are advised to carefully review the bidding documents, ensure compliance with eligibility criteria including FBR registration, warranty certificates, and submit all required documents. Registration on EPADS v2.0 is mandatory to participate.
