Procurement of General and Oncology Medicines for the Year 2026-27

Sindh Employees Social Security Institution (SESSI) Karachi invites online bids through the e-Procurement System (ePAD) from reputable and eligible Pharmaceutical Manufacturers, Authorized Distributors, and Suppliers registered with relevant authorities and appearing on the Active Taxpayer List (ATL). The procurement is for the supply of General and Oncology Medicines for SESSI Hospitals and Medical Circles situated across Sindh for the Financial Year 2026-27. Items being procured: - General Medicines - Oncology Medicines The procurement covers medicines required by SESSI hospitals and medical circles throughout Sindh. Bidders must comply with technical specifications and eligibility criteria detailed in the tender documents available online at https://eprocure.gov.pk/. The procurement method is Single Stage Two Envelope Procedure requiring separate technical and financial bids. Eligibility criteria include valid NTN, ATL registration, valid drug sale license, financial turnover requirements, and submission of bid security in the form of pay order, demand draft, or bank guarantee. Bidders must submit bids electronically via the Sindh e-Procurement System (e-PAD) by 05-11-2026 at 02:30 PM (PST). Technical proposals will be opened the same day at 03:00 PM. Financial proposals of technically qualified bidders will be opened later. The contract period extends until 30 June 2027 with possible extension subject to approval.
