Procurement of General Stationery and Toilet/Hygienic Items

The Pakistan Institute of Development Economics (PIDE) Islamabad invites prequalification applications for the procurement of general stationery and toilet/hygienic items under a Closed Framework Agreement for a period of 12 months. This procurement is intended to ensure the on-demand supply of various stationery and hygienic products to meet the institute's operational needs in Islamabad. Items being procured include: - White Board (24x36 inch) with stand - Marker pens - Box files (3 inch, multiple colors) - Plastic paper file separators (A-4 size) - Cotton yellow duster cloth - Water tumblers and glass jugs - Masking and binding tapes - Paper clips, sharpeners, pencil trays - Heavy duty punching machine - Paper registers and folders - Scales, scissors, stamp pads, inks - Staplers and file boards - Highlighters, paper cutters, blades - Plastic ropes and staples pins - Correcting pens, pencils, erasers - Ball point and gel pens - White board dusters - Gum sticks, clip binders, peon books - Scotch tapes, push pins, envelopes - Ruled/narrow fine paper sheets - Chart paper, calculators, face masks - Offset and writing pads - Door locks, lock cylinders, sticky notes - Rubber bands, paper pins, stapler removers - Photo paper, file folders, binder clips - Air fresheners, brooms, toilet brushes - Dish wash powders and liquids - Floor mops, phenyl, soaps - Detergents, sponges, tissue boxes - Toilet papers, ewers, room fresheners - Multi surface cleaners, insect killers - Toilet cleaners, wipers, dustbins - Garbage bags, plastic shopping bags - Hand wash liquids, Muslim showers and pipes - Sink and basin mixtures, towels - Glass cleaners, connection pipes - Bib cocks, soap dispensers, gloves - Black trash bags The scope covers supply of these items at PIDE Quaid-i-Azam University Campus, Islamabad. Suppliers must have an established office/shop with sufficient stock in Islamabad/Rawalpindi for inspection. Rates must remain fixed during the contract period. Sub-standard supplies will lead to contract cancellation and forfeiture of earnest money. Eligibility requires at least 3 years relevant experience, valid FBR/SECP registration as applicable, and submission of bid security. Previous reputation and work completion certificates are essential. Applications must be submitted electronically via EPADS v2.0 by Monday, September 28, 2026 at 11:00 AM. Technical and financial bids will be opened on the same day at 11:30 AM. Manual submissions are not accepted. Vendors not registered on EPADS should complete registration prior to submission.
