Tender Description
The Punjab Institute of Cardiology Lahore invites bids for the procurement of various general store items for the fiscal year 2026-2027. This tender is specifically for suppliers and firms interested in providing essential goods to support the institute's operations in Lahore. Items being procured:

The scope covers a wide range of materials including general supplies, linen, stationery, X-ray related items, biomedical equipment, CSSD (Central Sterile Supply Department) items, chemicals, and computer-related goods. These items are critical for the smooth functioning of the institute's medical and administrative departments.
Eligible bidders must comply with Punjab Procurement Rules (PPRA) 2014 and submit their bids electronically via the E-PAD portal. A 2% Earnest Money of the estimated cost is required in the form of a Call Deposit Receipt (CDR) or Bank Guarantee. The bid security must be submitted in original at the Purchase Section at least 30 minutes before the tender opening time. Failure to submit the original bid security on time will result in rejection.
The tender closing dates are staggered: August 1, 2026, for linen, stationery, X-rays, biomedical items, and August 3, 2026, for CSSD, chemicals, and computer items. The opening of bids will follow shortly after the closing times. Interested firms should ensure they are registered with FBR and on the Active Taxpayers List (ATL). Experience in supplying hospital or medical institute goods will be advantageous.
