Procurement of Generic Consumables (Laboratory Chemicals, Kits/Reagents and Glassware) at Jinnah Postgraduate Medical Centre Karachi

The Jinnah Postgraduate Medical Centre Karachi is inviting eligible bidders to participate in the procurement of generic consumables including laboratory chemicals, kits/reagents, and glassware for the financial year 2026-27. This procurement is conducted under the Single Stage Two Envelope Procedure through the E-Pak Acquisition and Disposable System (EPADS). Items being procured: - Laboratory Chemicals - Kits/Reagents - Glassware Bidders must be registered on the Active Taxpayers List of the FBR and submit their bids electronically via EPADS. The bidding documents with detailed terms and conditions are available for download at https://portalsindh.eprocure.gov.pk. Interested bidders must register on the EPADS portal at https://sindh.eprocure.gov.pk/#/supplier/registration to submit their bids. The bids must be submitted on EPADS by 12 November 2026 at 11:30 A.M. A non-refundable tender fee of Rs. 7,000 in cash and a bid security of 3% of the quoted items value in the form of pay order, bank draft, or CDR must reach the procuring agency before the deadline. The procuring agency reserves the right to reject any or all bids under the relevant provisions of SPPRA Rules 2010.
