Procurement of Glassware & Plasticware Items for Sindh Institute of Animal Health Karachi

The Sindh Institute of Animal Health, Karachi, under the Livestock & Fisheries Department Government of Sindh, invites sealed bids for the procurement of Glassware and Plasticware items. The items include plastic bottles ranging from 50 ml to 1000 ml capacity, aluminum silver seal caps of various sizes (13mm, 20mm, 32mm), and flip-off seal caps with multicolor embossing. Items being procured: - Glass Vials 2CC, 800,000 units - Glass Vials 5CC, 1,000,000 units - Glass Vials 7CC, 200,000 units - Plastic bottles for vaccine 50 ml, 1,500,000 units - Plastic bottles for LSD diluent 50 ml, 1,200,000 units - Plastic bottles for sterile diluent 50 ml with nozzle SS pin, 100,000 sets - Plastic bottles 100 ml, 50,000 units - Plastic bottles 125 ml, 100,000 units - Plastic bottles 250 ml, 400,000 units - Plastic bottles 300 ml, 35,000 units - Plastic bottles 500 ml, 35,000 units - Plastic bottles 1000 ml, 25,000 units - Aluminum silver seal caps 13mm, 800,000 units - Aluminum silver seal caps 20mm, 1,500,000 units - Aluminum silver seal caps 32mm, 25,000 units - Flip off seal caps with logo and name emboss 20mm, 1,000,000 units - Flip off seal caps with logo and name emboss 32mm, 50,000 units The procurement will be conducted under National Competitive Bidding using a Single Stage Two Envelope procedure. Bidders must be registered, financially sound, and experienced suppliers with at least five years of relevant supply experience to public sector or government institutes. Bids must be accompanied by a bid security of Rs. 600,000 and comply with all eligibility and technical criteria as detailed in the bidding documents. The bids will be evaluated on technical and financial criteria with 80% weightage to technical and 20% to financial scores. The contract will be awarded to the most advantageous responsive bidder.
