Pre-qualification for Procurement of Goods and Services for Pakistan Television Corporation Limited

Pakistan Television Corporation Limited (PTVC), headquartered in Islamabad, is inviting applications for pre-qualification of firms and companies for procurement of goods and services nationwide. This procurement covers a wide range of services for PTV Headquarters Office, PTV News/Pakistan TV/ETV Centre (PTV Home), PTV Sports, PTV Global, PTV Drama & Film Academy, and all Provincial Television Centers including Karachi, Quetta, Lahore, Multan, Peshawar, Muzaffarabad, as well as Rebroadcast Stations (RBS) for the Financial Year 2026-2027. Items being procured: - Goods and services for PTV Headquarters and multiple provincial centers nationwide The scope includes supply and provision of various goods and services on an as-and-when-required basis under a centralized panel of service providers. The procurement will be initially for one year, extendable for two additional years on an annual basis with mutual consent. Interested bidders must be registered with relevant tax authorities, be active taxpayers, and meet eligibility criteria as per PPRA Rule 16-A and applicable government instructions. Complete bidding documents can be obtained from the Head of Procurement office at PTV Headquarters Islamabad during office hours after publication. The non-refundable cost of bidding documents is PKR 2,000 payable via Pay Order or CDR in favor of Pakistan Television Corporation Limited (PTVC). Only bids submitted after payment of the prescribed fee will be considered eligible. Applications/proposals must reach the office of the Controller Audit / Chairman Senior Tender Committee, PTV Headquarters, Constitution Avenue, F-5/1, Islamabad, on or before the submission deadline of 22.07.2026 by 23:59:59. Bids will be opened the same day at 11:30 AM in the presence of applicants or their authorized representatives. Bidders are advised to carefully prepare their technical and financial bids in accordance with the instructions in the bidding documents.
