Tender Description
Punjab Information Technology Board (PITB), Government of the Punjab, invites bids for the procurement of GPU servers for various projects of PITB (DC-02). Items being procured:
- GPU Server (Quantity: 2)
The procurement will be conducted in accordance with the Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 using a Single Stage - Two Envelope Bidding Procedure. Tender documents are available for free download at www.pitb.gov.pk and www.ppra.punjab.gov.pk. Bidders must submit technical and financial separate bids online via the Punjab E-Procurement System (eP) website https://ep.punjab.gov.pk by 1100 hours on 31st August 2026. Bids will be opened at 1130 hours on the same day as per PPRA Rules 2014.
Bidders are advised to upload their bids on the eP Portal well before the deadline to avoid last-minute issues. PITB will not be responsible for any problems related to the eP Portal. For assistance, bidders may contact the system support at 1248. Incomplete, unsigned, late, or improperly submitted bids will be rejected. Income/Sales tax registration certificates and other required documents must accompany the bids.
This procurement is a significant opportunity for suppliers with experience in IT hardware and GPU servers. Ensure your bid includes the required bid security of Rs. 10,000,000 as fixed. Register early on the Punjab E-Procurement System to avoid delays. The submission deadline and bid opening times are strict; late submissions will not be entertained.
