Procurement of Various Hardware Items for Day to Day Maintenance for the First Quarter of Quarter of 2026 at PAA Residential Area at JIAP Karachi

Pakistan Airports Authority (PAA) invites bids under the Single Stage One Envelope Procedure for procurement of various hardware items required for day to day maintenance during the first quarter of 2026 at the PAA residential area located at Jinnah International Airport, Karachi. Items being procured: - Various hardware items for maintenance The scope includes supply of quality hardware materials essential for routine upkeep and repair works within the residential area. Bidders must ensure compliance with all technical specifications and delivery schedules as per PAA requirements. Eligibility criteria include valid registration with the Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) and listing on the Active Taxpayer List (ATL), updated Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) registration in Category C-6 for the current year, valid Professional Tax Certificate, and submission of CNIC copies of owners. Bid security of Rs. 125,000/- must be submitted in the form of Pay Order or Bank Draft from any scheduled bank in favor of Pakistan Airports Authority. Affidavits confirming firm ownership and absence of blacklisting or pending litigation are mandatory. Bids must be submitted electronically through the PPRA EPADS Web Portal (https://eprocure.gov.pk) before the deadline and also physically to the office of the Divisional Engineer Civil-II, JIAP, Karachi by 24-09-2026 before 11:00 AM. Technical and financial bids will be opened on the same day at 11:30 AM. PAA reserves the right to accept or reject any or all tenders as per PPRA rules.
