Procurement of Hardware Material (GS & T/Lines) for PESCO Peshawar

The Peshawar Electric Supply Company Limited (PESCO) invites sealed bids from eligible and qualified bidders for the procurement of Hardware Material (GS & T/Lines) under the contract reference PMU-6/2026-27 (Hardware GS+TLines) with tender number P87628. This procurement is planned for the financial year 2026-27 and will be executed in Peshawar, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. The procurement will be conducted through the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS) v2.0 using the Single Stage Two Envelope procedure with Least Cost Based Selection (LCBS) technique. Items being procured include: - Single Tension Electrical fittings (1976 sets) - Single Suspension Electrical fittings (138 sets) - Stock Bridge dampers for Rail (2212 qty) - Repair sleeves for Exothermic Rail connector (31 qty) - Mid span joint for Wire or cable Rail compression splice (30 qty) - Single Tension Electrical fittings for E/Wire (276 sets) - Stock Bridge dampers for E/Wire (475 qty) - Mid span joint for E/Wire compression splice (15 qty) - Grounding Set hardware (228 sets) - Electrical Connectors TM63A/TM75A (43 qty) - Electrical Connectors TMHH (47 qty) - Electrical Connectors 90B63F/90B75F (10 qty) - Electrical Connectors 90BH30 (10 qty) - Tension String for 600mm Al Conductor (14 sets) - Aluminium Pipe 10m long 75/63mm (3 qty) - Earth rod 16mm dia 3m long (74 qty) - Earthing Platform Exothermic connector (11 qty) - Cartridges Type A, B, C Exothermic connector (499, 438, 168 qty respectively) - Moulds for Type A, B, C Exothermic connector (20, 16, 12 qty respectively) All items are to be delivered to the PESCO GSC Warehouse at Jamrud Road, Hayatabad, Peshawar within 120 days. The materials must comply with WAPDA/NGC/IEC standards as amended to date and come with a minimum 2-year warranty. Valid type test reports from accredited laboratories are mandatory for all equipment offered. Bidders must demonstrate relevant manufacturing and supply experience, financial capacity with an average annual turnover of at least Rs 190 million over the last three years, and must not be blacklisted by WAPDA, DISCOs, GENCOs, or NTDC. Bids must be submitted electronically via EPADS v2.0 by 10:00 AM on September 17, 2026. The technical bids will be opened on the same day at 10:30 AM. Manual submissions will not be accepted. Bid security in the form of Call Deposit or Bank Guarantee must be submitted physically before the bid submission deadline to the Office of Chief Engineer Development PMU PESCO, WAPDA House, Shami Road, Peshawar.
