Tender Description
The Ministry of Information Technology & Telecommunication (MOITT) is inviting sealed bids under the project titled National Artificial Intelligence Advancement Initiative (NAAI). Eligible bidders must be registered with the Income Tax and Sales Tax Departments and appear on the Active Taxpayers List (ATL) of the Federal Board of Revenue (FBR). Bids are to be submitted through the EPADS 2.0 portal.
Items being procured:
- Lot # 01: Laptops (19 units)
- Lot # 02: Heavy Duty Color Printer (1 unit), Heavy Duty Printer (5 units), Heavy Scanner (1 unit)
- Lot # 03: Photocopier (1 unit), Multimedia Projector (1 unit)
- Lot # 04: LED (75") (4 units)
The procurement covers a range of hardware equipment essential for the advancement of AI initiatives. The scope includes laptops, printers, scanners, photocopiers, multimedia projectors, and large LED displays. Bidders should ensure compliance with technical specifications as detailed in the bidding documents available on the PPRA and MOITT websites.
Interested bidders must submit their bids online via EPADS 2.0 on or before the deadline of 25th August 2026 at 11:00 AM. The bids will be opened the same day at 11:30 AM. A pre-bid meeting is scheduled for 11th August 2026 at 11:30 AM at the address provided. Original bids along with bid securities must also be submitted in hard form to the Ministry of IT & Telecom by the closing date and time.
Bidders are advised to ensure their registration on EPADS 2.0 and to follow all instructions carefully. Late submissions or bids not submitted through EPADS 2.0 will not be entertained. This tender requires bidders to have valid FBR registration and to comply with all terms and conditions outlined in the bidding documents.
