The Vaccine Production Unit Sindh located in Tando Jam invites qualified suppliers to participate in the procurement of a comprehensive range of items essential for the current financial year 2026-27. This tender covers the supply of Hardware, Plant & Machinery, Furniture/Fixture, Media, Chemicals, Drugs & Medicines, Glassware & Instruments, Bottles, Packing Carton for bottles, Adhesive Stickers for vaccines, and Feeding for Livestock/Laboratory animals. Items being procured: - Hardware - Plant & Machinery - Furniture/Fixture - Media / Chemicals - Drugs & Medicines - Glassware & Instruments - Bottles - Packing Carton for bottles - Adhesive Sticker for vaccines - Feeding for Livestock / Laboratory animals The quantities and detailed specifications are provided in the Schedule of Requirements within the bidding documents. The procurement is conducted under Non-Development Budgetary provisions. Bidders must be registered with all relevant tax authorities and submit technical brochures along with all mandatory documents as specified in the tender. Late bids will not be considered and will be treated as not submitted if not reflected in the EPADS bid opening list. The tender follows a Single Stage - One Envelope Procedure. Bids must be submitted electronically through the EPADS portal by the deadline of 24th September 2026 at 14:00 hours. The bid opening will take place on the same day at 14:30 hours at the Office of Director Veterinary Research & Diagnosis, Central Veterinary Diagnostic Laboratory (CVDL) Sindh, Tando Jam. Bid security of 2.5% is required and must be submitted both electronically and as a hard copy to the Project Director's office. The bid validity period is 90 days, extendable as per SPPRA rules 2010 (amended). A practical tip for bidders is to ensure timely electronic submission via EPADS and to also provide the original bid security hard copy before the deadline to avoid disqualification.
