Procurement of Heater Exchanger Replacement (Furnace)

Pakistan International Airlines Corporation Limited (PIACL) Karachi is procuring a Heater Exchanger Replacement (Furnace) under reference ENG/Heat/Ex/26-A. This procurement is specifically for the Supply Chain Management Department located at Karachi Airport. The scope includes supply and installation of heater exchanger components such as furnace capable of temperatures up to 600 °C, flow rate 300/cs, size 60x42x42, electrical and gas fittings, SS coil material, auto system panel, complete new piping, and replacement of all gauges. The furnace grade pipe is 316 stainless steel. Warranty and operational manuals are included. Eligible bidders must be registered with GST authorities and provide NTN certificates. Earnest Money of Rs. 200,000 and Tender Cost of Rs. 30,000 must be submitted with the technical proposal. Bidders should have relevant experience and comply with all technical specifications. The tender follows a Single Stage Two Envelope Basis with separate technical and financial proposals. Technical bids will be opened first, followed by financial bids after evaluation. The tender closing date is 3rd June 2026 at 10:30 AM, with bid opening at 11:00 AM on the same day. Bids must be submitted electronically via EPADS; manual submissions are not accepted. Original bid security must be submitted before the deadline. Delivery is to be made at the PIA Supply Chain Management Building, Karachi Airport. Payment terms are net 30 days after submission of certified invoices.
