Tender Description
The Pakistan Telecommunication Authority (PTA) Islamabad invites sealed bids from eligible and qualified bidders for the procurement of high-end Laptop and Desktop computers under contract reference P68105 for the financial year 2026-27. This procurement is conducted through the national e-procurement portal EPADS v2.0 using the Single Stage One Envelope method with Least Cost Based Selection (LCBS) technique.
Items being procured:
- Desktop Personal Computer: Intel Core Ultra 9 285k or higher processor, 64GB DDR5 RAM, 4TB SSD Gen5, Z890 Aorus Elite Wi-Fi 7 chipset, RTX 5090 32GB VRAM GPU, premium casing and power supply, 24' LED 144Hz monitor, Windows 11 Pro licensed OS, one-year on-site warranty with Keep Your Hard Drive (KYHD).
- Laptop Personal Computer: Intel Core Ultra 9 or higher processor, 64GB DDR5 RAM, 2TB SSD Gen5, Intel chipset, RTX 5090 24GB GPU, built-in per-key RGB backlit keyboard, 16'' OLED 240Hz display, Windows 11 Pro licensed OS, one-year on-site warranty with KYHD.
The scope includes supply, installation, integration, configuration, testing, commissioning, and support services. Bidders must have valid FBR registration, a sales and service center in Islamabad/Rawalpindi, and at least three years of relevant experience with minimum three similar supply orders. The equipment must be brand new, genuine, and meet the specified technical requirements. Warranty and maintenance support within specified timelines are mandatory.
Bids must be submitted online via EPADS v2.0 by 11:00 AM on August 28, 2026, with bid opening at 11:30 AM the same day. Manual submissions are not accepted. Bid security in the form of pay order or bank guarantee is required to be submitted physically before the deadline at PTA office, F-5/1 Islamabad.

A pre-bid clarification deadline is August 19, 2026. The Grievance Redressal Committee is notified for this procurement as per Rule 48 of Public Procurement Rules, 2004.
