Procurement of One High-End Mobile Workstation / Performance Business Laptop

Power Planning & Monitoring Company (PPMC) Islamabad invites online bids through EPADS v2.0 from qualified firms for the procurement of one (01) High-End Mobile Workstation / Performance Business Laptop. The bidding will follow a Single Stage - Two Envelope procedure ensuring transparency and competitiveness. Items being procured: - One High-End Mobile Workstation / Performance Business Laptop Bidders must submit their e-bids via EPADS v2.0 on or before the deadline of 04.09.2026 at 11:00 a.m. Manual submissions outside EPADS will not be entertained. The bids will be opened on the same day at 11:30 a.m. A bid security instrument amounting to Rs. 35,000/- in favor of Power Planning & Monitoring Company is mandatory and must be submitted to the PPMC office before the closing time. However, a scanned copy of the bid security should be uploaded with the e-bid on EPADS. The procurement scope includes supply of a high-performance laptop suitable for demanding business and technical applications. Interested bidders should be registered with FBR and have relevant experience. The earnest money and bid security requirements must be strictly followed.
