Procurement and Hiring of Services for Operational Plan for Repatriation of Illegal Afghan Citizens and POR Card Holders in District Faisalabad

The Office of the Deputy Commissioner, Faisalabad is inviting electronic bids under the Punjab Procurement Rules, 2014 (as amended) from well-reputed firms, authorized dealers, and service providers. These bidders must be registered with the Federal Board of Revenue (Income Tax & Sales Tax), Punjab Revenue Authority (PRA), and Punjab e-Procurement System. The procurement concerns the operational plan for repatriation of Illegal Afghan Citizens and POR Card Holders in District Faisalabad. Items being procured: - Installation of CCTV Cameras, Walkthrough Gates, Razor Wire & Metal Detectors - Vehicles for Transportation from Faisalabad to Torkham Border - Provision of Food Items (Meal Box, Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner, drinking water, Juice, Chips, Biscuit, Cup Cake, Chocolate, Cerelac, Milk Paik) - Tantage (with complete job), Generator, Bedding, Tables, Chairs The technical scope includes installation of surveillance and security equipment, transportation services, food provision, and setup of tantage with associated furniture and generator. The work is to be executed in Faisalabad with transportation extending to the Torkham Border. Bidders must have relevant technical experience, financial capacity, and experience executing similar works or services in government or semi-government organizations. Eligibility criteria include registration with FBR and PRA, registration on the Punjab e-Procurement System, and compliance with PEC categories as applicable. Financial bids must include Earnest Money in the form of CDR/Bank Draft/Pay Order/Banker's Cheque equivalent to 3% of the estimated cost for each lot. The bids will be submitted electronically only through the Punjab e-Procurement System.
