Tender Description
The Office of the Deputy Commissioner, Faisalabad invites electronic bids under the Punjab Procurement Rules, 2014 for the procurement and hiring of services related to the Operational Plan for Repatriation of Illegal Afghan Citizens and POR Card Holders in District Faisalabad. This tender is open to well-reputed firms, authorized dealers, and service providers registered with the Federal Board of Revenue and Punjab Revenue Authority, possessing relevant technical experience and financial capacity.
Items being procured:
- Installation of CCTV Cameras, Walkthrough Gates, Razor Wire & Metal Detectors
- Vehicles for Transportation from Faisalabad to Torkham Border
- Provision of Food Items (Meal Box, Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner, drinking water, Juice, Chips, Biscuit, Cup Cake, Chocolate, Cerelac, Milk Paik)
- Tantage (with complete job), Generator, Bedding, Tables, Chairs
The scope includes installation of surveillance and security equipment, transportation services, provision of food items for repatriates, and setup of tantage with necessary furniture and generator support. The project is based in Faisalabad and requires compliance with technical specifications detailed in the bidding documents.
Eligible bidders must be registered with the Punjab e-Procurement System, have valid FBR/ATL registration, and demonstrate experience in executing similar government or semi-government contracts. The procurement will follow a Single Stage - Single Envelope procedure with bids submitted electronically.
The deadline for bid submission is 13th August 2026 by 11:00 AM, with bid opening at 1:00 PM the same day at the Deputy Commissioner Office, Faisalabad. Bidders must submit a 3% bid security in the form of CDR/Bank Draft/Pay Order. Performance Guarantee of 3% of contract value will be required from successful bidders.
