Procurement of Holder and Collets

The Pakistan Aeronautical Complex (PAC) Kamra invites bids for the procurement of holders and collets. This procurement is specifically for the supply of these precision components required for PAC's operational needs in Kamra, Punjab. Items being procured: - Holder - Collets The tender documents can be obtained from the Directorate of Central Procurement, PAC Kamra either by hand or via email at adcppre2@pac.org.pk after fulfilling the required conditions. These include a formal request on the firm's letterhead signed by an authorized signatory, copies of the firm's NTN, ATL, and STRN, a Non-Disclosure Agreement on judicial stamp paper of Rs. 100/-, and documentary evidence of company registration with PAC or latest correspondence if not registered. Bidders must submit the required documents in hard copy, although soft copies may be forwarded by email for obtaining tender documents. No bid will be considered without submission of the required documents in hard copy duly signed. Firms are cautioned not to forward tender documents to other firms to avoid disciplinary action. The submission deadline is 1030 Hrs on 15 Oct, 2026. Past performance of firms will be considered during evaluation. Interested bidders should ensure compliance with all documentation requirements and submit their bids timely to avoid disqualification.
