The Counter Terrorism Department Punjab Lahore invites electronic bids (e-bids) for procurement of various goods including household items, kitchen and catering supplies, sports goods, hardware, sanitary and plumbing items, electrical items and batteries, mobile and computer accessories, bed & boxes, tent & tarpaulins, and training aid kits. Bidders must submit bid securities electronically through the Punjab e-Procurement System (eP) in accordance with prescribed procedures. The bidding documents are available online and must be downloaded from the Punjab e-Procurement portal. Bidders are required to submit their bids in a single stage two envelope procedure, with technical and financial bids submitted separately. Eligibility criteria include registration with relevant tax authorities, valid professional tax certificates, and compliance with PPRA Rules 2014.
