Procurement of T-2060 HT Cable 500 MCM S/C by Quetta Electric Supply Company (QESCO)

The Quetta Electric Supply Company (QESCO) invites sealed bids from eligible and qualified bidders for the procurement of T-2060 HT Cable 500 MCM S/C under contract reference P92893 for the financial year 2026-27. This procurement is planned to be executed in Quetta, Balochistan, with delivery scheduled to QESCO Regional Store Sheikhmanda Airport Chowk Quetta. Items being procured: - HT Cable 500 MCM S/C with a quantity of 6.36 KM S/Core for delivery in two schedules: 1 to 60 days and 61 to 120 days. The technical specifications conform to WAPDA / PPMC Specification P-29-2010 amended to date. Inspection of materials will be conducted at the manufacturer premises by Chief Engineer (MI) PPMC or authorized representatives along with QESCO inspection team to ensure quality compliance. Stage inspections of raw materials and manufacturing processes will also be carried out. Bidders must provide all reasonable facilities for inspection including local transportation, boarding, lodging in A-Class accommodation, and daily allowance as specified. Eligibility criteria include valid prototype approval, satisfactory past performance with QESCO/DISCOs/NTDC for HT Cable 500 MCM S/Core over the last two years, and registration with relevant authorities including FBR and PPMC. Bidders must submit bids through the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS) v2.0 portal and physically submit the original bid security at QESCO HQ, Zarghoon Road, Quetta before the deadline. The bidding process follows the Least Cost Based Selection (LCBS) technique under Single Stage One Envelope procedure.
