Tender Description
The Hyderabad Electric Supply Company (HESCO) invites sealed bids from eligible and qualified bidders for the procurement of H.T Spun Poles 36 feet long under Tender No. 1991/26 with contract reference P111460 for the financial year 2026-27. The procurement is planned for delivery at Regional Store HESCO Hyderabad/Jamshoro and Nawabshah with a total quantity of 3500 poles. The poles must comply with WAPDA/PPMC/NTDC standard Specification No. DDS-55:2006 (amended to date).
Items being procured:
- H.T Spun Poles 36 feet long (3500 Nos.)
The technical scope requires strict adherence to the specified standards and prototype approval from Chief (Technical Services) PPMC Lahore where applicable. The delivery period is 90 days from the date of purchase order issuance. Bidders must be registered manufacturers with HESCO/DISCOs/NTDC/PPMC/WAPDA in the relevant category and must submit all required documents including bid security, integrity pact, and proof of no blacklisting. The bid security amount is PKR 3,000,000 and performance security of 5% of contract price is required upon award.
Bids must be submitted electronically through the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS) v2.0 portal by Tuesday, October 6, 2026 at 11:00 AM. Manual submissions will not be accepted. The bids will be opened on the same day at 11:30 AM via EPADS. Bidders are advised to register on EPADS v2.0 and review all bidding documents carefully. Partial deliveries and payments are allowed. The procurement will follow Least Cost Based Selection (LCBS) technique.
