Procurement of HT Steel Structure 45 Feet Long by Hyderabad Electric Supply Company (HESCO)

Hyderabad Electric Supply Company (HESCO) invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for the procurement of HT Steel Structure 45 feet long under Tender No. 1992/26 with contract reference P111472 for the financial year 2026-27. The procurement is planned for delivery at Regional Stores of HESCO in Hyderabad, Jamshoro, and Nawabshah. Items being procured include: - LOT-I: HT Steel Utility Structure 45' pole, quantities of 520, 260, 260, and 260 Nos. with delivery schedules of 60, 90, 120, and 150 days respectively from the issuance date of Purchase Order. - LOT-II: HT Steel Utility Structure 45' pole, same quantities and delivery schedules as LOT-I. The steel structures must comply with WAPDA/PPMC/NTDC standard Specification No. DDS-78:2008 (amended to date). Bidders must be registered manufacturers with HESCO/DISCOs/NTDC/PPMC/WAPDA in the relevant category and provide valid prototype approval or an undertaking to obtain it within the delivery schedule. Bids must be submitted online through EPADS v2.0 by Tuesday, October 6, 2026 at 11:00 AM, with bid opening at 11:30 AM the same day. Manual submissions will not be entertained. Eligibility criteria include registration with FBR and ATL, submission of bid security, supply record with HESCO/DISCOs, no blacklisting, and compliance with technical specifications.
