Procurement of T-2046 HT Steel Structure 45' Ft for Quetta Electric Supply Company (QESCO)

The Quetta Electric Supply Company (QESCO) invites sealed bids from eligible and qualified bidders for the procurement of T-2046 HT Steel Structure 45' Ft. This procurement is planned for the financial year 2026-27 and will be executed in Quetta, Balochistan. The procurement process will be conducted through the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS) v2.0 using the Single Stage One Envelope method with Least Cost Based Selection (LCBS) technique. Items being procured: - HT Steel Structure 45' Ft, Quantity: 624 Nos The HT Steel Structures must conform to DDS-78:2008 specifications (amended to date). Delivery is scheduled in two phases: 312 units within 1 to 60 days and 312 units within 61 to 120 days, all to be delivered on FCS basis to QESCO Regional Store, Sheikhmanda Airport Chowk, Quetta. Bidders must be registered with relevant authorities including FBR and possess valid prototype approval. Experience in supplying HT Steel Structures to QESCO or other DISCOs/NTDC with satisfactory performance over the last two years is mandatory. Bid security in the form of Pay Order, Call Deposit, Bank Guarantee, or Demand Draft is required. Bids must be submitted online via EPADS v2.0 by 24th September 2026 at 11:00 AM. Manual submissions will not be accepted. Technical bids will be evaluated for eligibility and responsiveness, followed by financial evaluation based on the least cost. Bidders are advised to carefully review all bidding documents and ensure compliance with all requirements including bid security and performance guarantees. For successful participation, bidders should register on EPADS v2.0 and submit bids timely. The bid opening will be conducted on the same day at 11:30 AM via EPADS.
