Procurement of T-2047 HT Steel Structure 58 Ft for Quetta Electric Supply Company (QESCO)

The Quetta Electric Supply Company (QESCO) invites sealed bids from eligible and qualified bidders for the procurement of T-2047 HT Steel Structure 58 Ft. This procurement is planned for the financial year 2026-27 and will be executed in Quetta, Balochistan. The procurement process will be conducted through the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS) v2.0 using the Single Stage One Envelope method with Least Cost Based Selection (LCBS) technique. Items being procured: - HT Steel Structure 58 Ft, Quantity: 934 Nos The technical specifications require compliance with DDS-78:2008 (Amended to Date) standards. Delivery is scheduled in two phases: 467 units within 1 to 60 days and 467 units within 61 to 120 days to the QESCO Regional Store at Sheikhmanda Airport Chowk, Quetta. Eligible bidders must have valid prototype approval, satisfactory past performance with QESCO or other DISCOs/NTDC for similar items in the last two years, and valid registration with FBR and relevant authorities. Bid security must be furnished as per the bidding documents, and bids must be submitted online via EPADS v2.0 by the deadline. Manual submissions will not be accepted. The bid opening will be conducted online on September 24, 2026, at 12:00 PM. Bidders are advised to register on EPADS v2.0 and review all bidding documents carefully. The procuring agency reserves the right to reject any or all bids as per Public Procurement Rules, 2004.
