Procurement of T-2081 Hydraulic Press (Y-35), Tool Bag, Tree Trimmer, Cuffing Hoist 750 K.G & Conductor Cutter

The Quetta Electric Supply Company (QESCO) invites sealed bids from eligible and qualified bidders for the procurement of various goods under the financial year 2026-27. This procurement is specifically for the supply of the following items to the QESCO Regional Store located at Sheikhmanda Airport Chowk, Quetta. Items being procured: - Hydraulic Press (Y-35) (Quantity: 20 units) - Tool Bag (Quantity: 1030 units) - Tree Trimmer (Quantity: 21 units) - Cuffing Hoist 750 K.G (Quantity: 126 units) - Conductor Cutter (Quantity: 104 units) The technical scope requires that all items conform to the approved specifications and samples as evaluated by the QESCO Sample Selection Committee. The committee will assess workmanship, material quality, functional performance, durability, safety, ease of operation, and suitability for power utility field applications. Only bids accompanied by approved samples will be considered responsive. Eligibility criteria include valid registration with relevant authorities such as PPMC, NTDC, WAPDA or any DISCO, valid sales tax registration, and satisfactory past performance with QESCO or other DISCOs. Bidders must submit bids through the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS) v2.0 and provide bid security in the form of Pay Order, Call Deposit, Bank Guarantee, or Demand Draft. Manual submissions will not be entertained. The deadline for bid submission is Wednesday, October 14, 2026 at 11:30 AM, with bid opening scheduled the same day at 12:00 PM via EPADS v2.0. Bidders are advised to register on EPADS v2.0 in advance to participate. The procurement will follow the Least Cost Based Selection (LCBS) method.
