Procurement of Hyper-Converged Infrastructure Solution Hardware and Software with Support and Maintenance

The Directorate General of Immigration and Passports (DGIP), Ministry of Interior, Government of Pakistan, Islamabad, invites bids for the procurement of a Hyper-Converged Infrastructure (HCI) Solution comprising both hardware and software components. This procurement covers DGIP Headquarters in Islamabad and the Disaster Recovery (DR) Site in Lahore, including three years of support and maintenance services. Items being procured: - Hyper-Converged Infrastructure (HCI) Solution Hardware - Hyper-Converged Infrastructure (HCI) Solution Software - Three (03) years support and maintenance services The technical scope includes supply, installation, and maintenance of advanced HCI systems designed to enhance data center efficiency and resilience. The solution must meet the detailed specifications provided in Annexure-I, ensuring robust performance at both the primary and DR sites. Bidders must be registered with the Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) and the respective Provincial Revenue Authority, appearing on the Active Taxpayers List (ATL) for both income and sales tax. The estimated cost of this procurement is **PKR 686,643,000**. A bid security equivalent to 2% of the estimated cost, amounting to **PKR 13,732,860**, is mandatory and must be submitted in the form of a Bank Guarantee, Banker’s Cheque, Pay Order, or Demand Draft from a scheduled bank in Pakistan, valid for 30 days beyond the bid validity period. Bidding documents including terms, conditions, scope, and technical specifications can be obtained from the office of the Assistant (Logistics), DGIP HQ, Mauve Area, Sector G-8/1, Islamabad, upon submission of a written request on company letterhead and payment of a non-refundable fee of PKR 5,000 via Pay Order or Demand Draft. Sealed bids must be submitted by **03:00 PM on August 06, 2026**. Technical proposals will be opened the same day at 03:30 PM in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives.
