Procurement of Hyper-Converged Infrastructure Solution with 3 Years Support for DGIP Islamabad and Lahore

The Directorate General Immigration and Passports (DGIP), Ministry of Interior, Government of Pakistan, Islamabad, invites bids for the procurement of a Hyper-Converged Infrastructure (HCI) Solution including hardware and software for DGIP Headquarters in Islamabad and Disaster Recovery (DR) Site in Lahore. This procurement includes three (03) years of support and maintenance services. Items being procured: - Hyper-Converged Infrastructure (HCI) Solution (hardware & software) for DGIP HQ Islamabad - HCI Solution for DR Site Lahore - Three (03) years support and maintenance services The scope covers supply, installation, configuration, integration, testing, commissioning, and operationalization of the HCI solution at both sites. The contract includes comprehensive support and maintenance for three years, covering preventive and corrective maintenance, software/firmware updates, technical support, troubleshooting, and related services to ensure secure, reliable, and uninterrupted operation. The vendor must provide 24/7/365 on-site support, timely replacement of parts, and quarterly preventive maintenance visits. The vendor is responsible for maintaining the HCI solution in optimal condition throughout the contract period. Eligibility requires bidders to be registered with FBR and respective Provincial Revenue Authorities, appear on the Active Taxpayers List (ATL), possess NTN/ATL/GST certificates, and have at least five years of experience with three similar assignments. Financial soundness with a minimum 20 million PKR credit amount is required. Bidders must submit bid security of Rs. 13,732,860 and comply with all technical specifications and documentation requirements. The submission deadline is **03:00 PM on August 06, 2026** at DGIP HQ Islamabad. Technical proposals will be opened at 03:30 PM the same day. Bidders must submit one original and one copy of technical and financial proposals in separate envelopes. The bid security must be submitted physically before the deadline.
