Procurement of ICT Equipment including Networking, Surveillance Devices, Storage Devices and Office Equipment for Pediatric Emergency Units in Kharan, Khuzdar, Larbal, Turbat, Naseerabad, Sibi, Pishin and Zhob Hospitals

The Health Department, Government of Balochistan, through the Health Sector Reform & Management Unit (HSRMU) / Project Management Unit (PMU), invites electronic bids (e-bids) from eligible bidders for the supply, installation, configuration, integration, testing, training and commissioning of the following goods with a total item count of 27. Items being procured: - ICT Equipment (Networking, Surveillance Devices, Storage Devices) - Office Equipment for Pediatric Emergency Units at Hospitals of Kharan, Khuzdar, Larbal, Turbat, Naseerabad, Sibi, Pishin and Zhob Procurements shall be made under the Balochistan Public Procurement Rules, 2014. Bidders must have completed two assignments of similar nature and complexity during the last three years with a minimum value of PKR 125,000,000 each. A cumulative turnover of at least PKR 150,000,000 during the last three completed financial years is required. Bidders must be registered with relevant tax authorities and appear on the Active Taxpayer List (ATL). Valid Sales Tax Registration Certificate is mandatory. Joint ventures are not allowed. Bid Security of 3% of the total bid price must be submitted as a Deposit at Call issued by a scheduled bank. The successful bidder shall establish or nominate a functional service facility in Quetta within 15 days of contract signing and maintain it throughout the installation and warranty period. All equipment must be brand-new, genuine, unused, and OEM supported with warranty and replacement support in Pakistan. OEM support and spare parts must remain available throughout the warranty period. Financial statements for the last three years audited by a Chartered Accountant registered with the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Pakistan (ICAP) must be submitted. The entire assignment must be completed within ninety calendar days from the effective contract date. Tender documents can be obtained electronically from www.bppra.gob.pk.
