Procurement of ICU Ventilators by Pakistan Kidney & Liver Institute and Research Center Lahore

The Pakistan Kidney & Liver Institute and Research Center Lahore invites E-Bids from original Manufacturers, Authorized Sole Distributors, or Authorized Distributors of Manufacturers in Pakistan for the supply of ICU Ventilators. Bidders must be registered with income tax and sales tax departments. The bidding will follow a single stage two envelope procedure on a Least Cost Basis as per PPRA-2014 rules. Items being procured: - ICU Ventilators (Quantity: 05, Estimated Amount: Rs. 72,625,000) Bidding documents are available free of cost on the PKLI website and can also be downloaded from the Punjab PPRA and e-procurement portals. Bids must be submitted online on or before 07-Oct-2026 at 11:00 AM via the Punjab E-Procurement System. Hard copies are not required. A bid security of 2% of the estimated amount (Rs. 1,452,500) must be submitted electronically as prescribed by PITB/Punjab e-Procurement. No physical financial instruments will be accepted. The bids will be opened on the same day at 11:30 AM in the presence of bidders' representatives. Interested bidders may obtain further information from the Supply Chain department at PKLI & RC during office hours Monday to Friday 08:30 AM to 05:30 PM. A pre-bid meeting is scheduled for 22-09-2026. Bid validity is 180 days from the date of bid opening. Eligibility requires registration with relevant tax authorities and compliance with Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 (amended) and Punjab Procurement Regulations 2024.
